Terms of Service

INSTA-BOT lets you connect an Instagram account and configure automated keyword-based replies to Instagram DMs and comments, with optional AI-generated fallback replies. You are responsible for the content of automated replies, affiliate links, and compliance of your automations with law and platform rules.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including rules you configure.
• You must be legally able to contract under Indian law (typically 18 years or older).
• Registration requires affirmative consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; we record consent version 2026-09-26.

When you connect an Instagram account, you authorize INSTA-BOT to access it via the Meta Graph API within the scopes you approve, to read and respond to DMs and comments. You confirm you are authorized to connect that account and that your use complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. INSTA-BOT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data under India's DPDP Act. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to automate messages to your Instagram audience and for providing any notices your audience may require. You will not use INSTA-BOT to process sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

You agree not to use INSTA-BOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or misleading automated messages.
• Violate Meta/Instagram policies, Indian law, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing, or illegal or infringing content.
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

If you enable AI-assisted replies, message text may be sent to Google Gemini. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for configuring and monitoring this feature and may disable it at any time.

INSTA-BOT does not currently charge for access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be disclosed before any charge and these Terms will be updated.

You may stop using INSTA-BOT and delete your account from your profile page at any time. Deletion is your primary path to withdraw registration consent under the DPDP Act. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or if required by Meta or law. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

INSTA-BOT is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, correct automation triggers, or continued availability of Instagram/Meta APIs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nittish Baboria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of Instagram access, messages, or business from automation errors or API changes.

We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
